5. Duration of Data Processing
The retention period of personal data depends on the purpose of processing:
- Data of individuals making inquiries: up to 1 year from the date of initial contact
- Data of contractual partners: for 8 years following the termination of the contract (in accordance with accounting regulations)
- Newsletter subscriptions: until consent is withdrawn

7. Automated Decision-Making
